Brocca is an architecture and development firm that designs and builds its own projects. Their work is warm, bright and well detailed, and the brand had to sell that before anyone walked through a door.
We drew a geometric monogram that reads as both a B and a set of stacked volumes, set it in a calm deep teal, and built a pattern from the same shapes. Then we designed the website and kept the content flowing, with renders and project imagery doing most of the talking.
